One thing though - the author didnt mention the cap mobile providers impose on data plans - normmally it&#039;s 5 GB. And there ARE caps on home internet usage as well, although much higher than 5 GB. btw, i completely agree with these caps. i shouldnt get crappy connection because my next door neighbor is streaming desperate housewives all day.

but net neutrality proposed by FCC is about NOT charging the websites by the amount of traffic they generate. i.e. w/o net neutrality, google would have to pay the ISP extra money since it generates a lot of traffic. and thats not right. google, or any other popular portal, shouldnt be fined for being popular.</description>
