Primetime Broadcast Ratings, May 27, 2009

CBS’s “G Strait: ACM Artist Decade Special” and “Criminal Minds Special” were the number one and two-ranked primetime telecasts on broadcast TV for Wednesday, May 27, 2009 with 10.6 and 8.9 million average viewers.

ABC’s “Wipeout” rounded out the top three with 8.7 million average viewers respectively.

Overall, CBS won the night with an average audience of almost 10.1 million viewers,
while FOX took second place with almost 8.7 million average viewers. NBC and ABC
claimed third and fourth places with roughly 6.1 million and 5.3 million average viewers.
UNI and TEL followed in fifth and sixth places with average audiences of roughly 4.1 million
and 1.2 million average viewers, respectively.
