Primetime Broadcast Ratings, June 17, 2009

FOX’s “So You Think You Can Dance-Wednesday” claimed the top slot in Nielsen’s ranking of the top primetime telecasts broadcast TV for June 17, 2009. The show drew just over 8.5 million average viewers Wednesday evening.

CBS’s “Criminal Minds” and ABC’s “Wipeout rounded out the top three with with approximately 8.0 million average viewers.

Overall, FOX won the night with an average audience of almost 8.5 million viewers,
while CBS took second place with almost 6.7 million average viewers. ABC and NBC
claimed third and fourth places with roughly 5.7 and 4.2 million average viewers.
UNI and TEL followed in fifth and sixth places with average audiences of roughly
3.9 million and 1.4 million average viewers.
