Primetime Broadcast Ratings: July 28, 2009

NBC’s “America’s Got Talent-Tuesday” and “America’s Got Talent-Tuesday 8PM” were the number one and number three-ranked primetime telecasts on broadcast TV Tuesday, July 28, 2009 with approximately 13.2 and 8.6 million average viewers.

CBS’s “NCIS” was ranked second with 9.7 approximately millon average viewers.

Overall, NBC won the night with an average audience of almost 9.7 million viewers,
while CBS took second place with almost 6.8 million average viewers. FOX and ABC
claimed third and fourth places with roughly 5.5 million and 4.7 million average viewers.
UNI and MNT followed in fifth and sixth places with average audiences of roughly 3.8
million and 1.4 million average viewers.
