		<description>Is this consistent with what you see from the metered boxes?  Do we have a rise in OTA households? 

I&#039;ve lost the link, but I read an NTIA report last Feb with Nielsen data in the appendix, showing at-risk DMAs for the digital transition, those at least 20% OTA.  Has there been a more recent publication on OTA percentage by DMA?  If so, I&#039;d appreciate getting the reference.</description>
