		<description>Your findings only compared 2008 vs 2007; however, economic downturn (financial tsunami) was only hitting more evidently in APAC after the 4th Q 2008 (upon the bailouts and bankruptcies such as AIG, Lehman Brothers, etc...).   It would be more realistic to look at Jan - June (2007 vs. 2008 vs. 2009) to recognize a more accurate read for APAC.   Also, a monthly tracking of data will reveal the trend with more insights.  Lastly, ad spend was only one of the indicators; additional findings on consumer spending behavior, consumer confidence index and inflation level would be more conclusive.</description>
