		<description>I kinda have a different opinion from what is stated - in some ways, being bombarded with too much choice is exactly what leads to customer loyalty! Too much choice leads to confusion as well as time &amp;  effort of decision making, which in turn leads a consumer to run to the &quot;safe decision&quot; - the brand and channel they trust most!
So, in many ways, I would say that this is actually a very good time for brands and channels to gain the consumer&#039;s trust and hence, a share of their wallets:)
