		<description>Discretionary spending nearly tripled during Democratic administrations because people had more money to spend.  Google, Increases In National Debt, and see bar chart that dramatically shows what happened with national spending under each administration since 1976. It&#039;s quite shocking when you see it clearly graphed!  The republicans didn&#039;t tax, they just spent and spent and spent and now we see what happens if you do that.  That isn&#039;t fiscal conservatism, that&#039;s fiscal irresponsibility.  Go look for yourself.</description>
